『Zazen session 』
Those who can speak English can join the regular zazen session. If you cannot speak English, we will set up a private zazen session for you.
Zazen time is one hour in the early morning, and one and a half hours at other times.
It will be held in the main hall. The capacity is 30 to 40 people.

【If you don't speak Japanese】
If you would like to hold a zazen session in English, we will arrange a date and time that is convenient for both parties. Please let us know your preferred date and time. Participation fees (and donations) start from 2,000 yen per person.
