『Zazen session 』
Those who can speak English can join the regular zazen session. If you cannot speak English, we will set up a private zazen session for you.
Zazen time is one hour in the early morning, and one and a half hours at other times.
It will be held in the main hall. The capacity is 30 to 40 people.

【If you don't speak Japanese】
English zazen sessions vary in date, time and price. Early morning zazen sessions are 1000 yen, and regular zazen sessions are 2000 yen. If you would like to participate, please let us know your preferred date and time.

【Can speak Japanese】
If you can speak Japanese or can bring an interpreter, please join our regularly scheduled Japanese zazen sessions. The participation fee is 500 yen for the early morning zazen session, and 1000-1500 yen for other zazen sessions.
